“Pembe” is a short documentary which focuses on the ivory trade in Kenya, with the increase in population, Asian markets and corrupt politicians. There is exclusive interviews with Dr. Richard Leakey, a famous politician, paleoanthropologist and wildlife conservationist as well as Oscar Biji a camp owner at Tsavo national park, Julius Letoiya, an orphaned elephant keeper at David Sheledricks Wildlife Trust and finally Norah Njiraini an Elephant researcher for Amboseli Trust for Elephants.
